Due to travel time, outdoor shoots on the weekends are often booked in for a Sunday or the final shoot on a Saturday (to not colide with other in studio sessions). Outdoor sessions do fill up early, so be sure to book in advance. In the event of poor weather - I would contact you on the day of your shoot (or the day before depending on how poor the weather is). At that time we can either move it indoors or reschedule for a better weather date. Although I do fill up, I often make extentions to my days to fit in reschedules.
